Asin lording it over in Kollywood

With Jyothika having faded out following marriage and Nayantara concentrating on Telugu cinema, Asin is queening it up in Tamil cinema.
The Kollywood grapevine would have us believe that Asin, who won the best actress award in a poll held by a web portal, has two releases during the Pongal.
One film, ‘Pokkiri’ is against the No 2 in Tamil cinema, Vijay . It is a remake of the Telugu movie of the same name and directed by Prabhu Deva .
The other film, in which Asin plays the female lead is ‘Allwar’ which has dashing Ajit playing the hero.
Then, there is Dasavatharam , Kamal Haasan 's magnum opus. Asin is figuring as one of the heroines in this film, which has Kamal essaying a record-breaking ten roles!
No wonder, the Kerala-born Asin is on cloud nine. She is literally lording it over in Kollywood right now.
